Pebble Studio commissioned me to work on this FOOH social video for Audible, conceptualized by the creative agency Recipe.
Featuring influencer Austyn Farrell as the unwitting star, the film combined UGC footage and VFX to create a comedic sequence of mishaps culminating in the destruction of an Audible-branded transit van.
As the 3D Lead, I collaborated closely with Pebble's creative directors to design and execute the VFX workflow. My responsibilities included tracking the footage, producing test shots and previsualizations, look development, animation, and compositing. I also delegated specific VFX tasks to team members,
ensuring efficiency within the tight production schedule.
For tracking, I used PFTrack to establish a solid foundation for subsequent work. The 3D assets were then modeled or remeshed, animated, and UV-mapped in Cinema 4D, with texturing handled in Substance Painter.
Lighting and rendering were completed in Redshift, and the final compositing was executed in After Effects
to integrate the 3D elements with the live-action footage.
Tools used: PF Track, Cinema 4D, Redshift, Substance 3D Painter and Adobe Creative Suite.
