This intro was used as the main title sequence for ITV during the UEFA Euro 2020. Five-second cuts with slight variations were also used as bumpers during the football matches.
These playful titles involved several VFX processes throughout. On the compositing side, we used a lot of motion-tracking and match-moving, backplate cleanups and removal of tracking points, keying and rotoscoping, screen replacements and compositing of CGI elements.
On the 3D front, I was responsible for rigging 3D characters with control systems and facial expressions, creating dynamic flags to apply to buildings, animating one of the main 3D characters, creating 3D particles, look dev and rendering.
Tools used: Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, X-Particles, Redshift and PF Track
